Reading this site requires no account and no personal information. We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to count visits.
2. Medical documents you send us
If you purchase an assistance service and send us medical records, we treat them as follows: they are used solely to deliver the service you requested (translation, booking, cost confirmation); they are shared only with the hospital department you choose and, where you request interpreting, with the interpreter; they are deleted from our systems within 60 days after the service is completed; we keep no database of medical records and never use them for marketing or any other purpose.
3. Contact information
We keep your name and contact details for the duration of the service and basic transaction records as required for accounting. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
4. Your choices
You may ask us at any time to delete the documents and personal data you sent us: write to [email protected] and we will confirm deletion within 7 days, except minimal records we must keep by law.
